WAKE-UP CALL

I used to be flying with C-130 cargo planes for a number of months, transferring cargo everywhere in the world. I might be gone for 2 to 3 weeks, house in the future, then gone once more for a number of weeks. Upon returning house late one evening, I knocked on our entrance door.
“Who’s it?” My spouse referred to as out.
“Pat,” I answered.
“Pat who?” she snarled.
I acquired her level and utilized for a desk job the following day.
