Ruby Amanfu is an American recording artist primarily based in Nashville. Amanfu has launched seven studio albums and a number of singles. She is understood for being one half of the duo Sam & Ruby, whose album was named Related Press Album of the 12 months in 2009. Amanfu can be recognized for her collaborations with Jack White in his all-female band, The Peacocks, and has broadly appeared on his critically acclaimed solo albums, Blunderbuss and Lazaretto.
