Resident at Fairfield Halls, acting at Smith Sq. Corridor & on the South coast, plus a brand new season at St Martin-in-the-Fields
London Mozart Gamers is resident at Fairfield Halls, Croydon and performs at Smith Sq. Corridor and on the South coast, however as well as the orchestra launches its 2024/25 season with six live shows at St Martin-in-the-Fields. In September, violinist Ruth Rogers directs 4 World Season which fuses Vivaldi and Roxanna Panufnik’s interpretation of the world’s seasons, full with reside immersive digital projections which can rework St Martin’s into a visible spectacle. Different occasions embody Christmas with London Mozart Gamers at Smith Sq. Corridor with the LMP Brass ensemble, Croydon SDA Gospel Choir and Trinity Boys Choir and Trinity Ladies Choir. The brass ensemble may even journey to Henry Ward Corridor, Hastings and St John’s, Higher Norwood for Christmas Crackers. In Croydon, Altering Seasons ;at Fairfield Halls responds to the local weather emergency by interspersing Vivaldi’s The 4 Seasons with new seasonal-themed commissions from 4 group teams; Queer Croydon, Membership Soda, Subrang Arts and Croydon Music & Arts. The occasion will likely be preceded by a free afternoon showcase within the open areas of Fairfield Halls, that includes native expertise from over 30 music and dance teams.
