It is Black Music month! This week, Host Brittany Luse invitations Howard College professor and trombonist Myles Blakemore to speak about how classical music influenced a few of our favourite musicians. They take a look at how the counterpoint strategy of Johann Sebastian Bach could have impressed Nina Simone, and the way a love of Real can flip right into a profession in classical music.
